Split and merge PDFs

Keep the pages you want, or drop several PDFs to merge them into one. It runs in your browser: the documents are never uploaded.

Often you do not need to send the whole case file: three pages will do. This tool shows the pages as thumbnails, you untick the ones you do not want, and you take away a new PDF with only the ones left. And if you drop several files at once, it joins them in the order you dropped them.

Thumbnails are only drawn when they come into view, so it makes no difference whether the document has four pages or four hundred: it does not freeze and it does not eat your memory. Like everything else, it happens in your browser, without uploading the document to one of those services that split PDFs in exchange for keeping a copy on a server you cannot point to. And removing pages is not hiding them: the file you take away does not contain them, so there is no way to get them back by looking inside.

FAQ

Do the pages I remove disappear from the file?

Yes. The PDF you take away contains only the chosen pages: they are not hidden, they are not there.

In what order are several files joined?

In the order you drop them. If you want a different order, add them in that order.

Is there a size limit?

Your own computer's. There is no megabyte cap imposed by us, because there is nothing to upload anywhere.
